When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization, and message. This information is submitted through Netlify Forms and delivered via email.
When you visit this site, we use Plausible Analytics to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, referring source, browser type, and general geographic region. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal information. All data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
We use your contact form submission to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not contact you for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request it.
We use analytics data to understand how people find and use this site, and to improve it over time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only parties with access to your data are Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf, and Plausible, which processes anonymized analytics data. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
This site does not use cookies.
If you'd like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've provided through this site, contact us at matthew.may@me.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we've collected and the right to request its deletion.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
